Licence to use website, simulations, BTLS and training materials
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions below.
You must not: (a) republish material from this website (including republication on another website) or BTLS and ComSIM Business Simulation; (b) sell, rent or otherwise sub-license material on the website or BTLS and ComSIM Business Simulation; (c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website or BTLS and ComSIM Business Simulation for a commercial purpose; (d) redistribute material from this website or BTLS and ComSIM Business Simulation except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter, product briefs, case studies or additional reading materials).

Cancellation of Services
Upon acceptance of any contract, be it in writing, by email or verbally, to request Market Leadership Systems to provide a service or training programme, a 50% deposit is required upon accepting the contract. Any cancellation of such a contract by the client, will attract the following penalties:
Cancellation more than one month before delivery date: No Penalty; Cancellation between 14 days and one month: 50% of total contract fee; Cancellation less than 14 days of programme: 100% of total contact fee.
All invoices are payable on a 14 days terms basis after the first day of programme.
Limitations of liability
The information on this website is provided free-of-charge (unless a cost is indicated or negotiated through direct contact), and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.
